What people ask before signing up.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. Once your company signs up, you get the Pro plan with every feature, voice input included, for 14 days. You don't enter a card; you choose a plan only when the trial ends.
How much does HelpAsPoint cost?
You pay per active user per month, excluding VAT: Light 119 Kč, Standard 239 Kč, Pro 429 Kč. Pay yearly and get 2 months free (1,190 Kč, 2,390 Kč and 4,290 Kč per user per year). Guests, meaning clients and subcontractors, are free.
What does one-sentence task capture mean?
You type or dictate a sentence, such as “Get Jana to prepare the quote for Novák s.r.o., it's urgent”. HelpAsPoint picks out the assignee, team, project, priority and tags and creates the task. Quick capture is included in Standard and Pro; dictation with speech-to-text in Pro.
How does the Timeline work?
Every task is a bar from assignment to deadline, in a day, week or month view. Filter by priority, assignee, project, team and tags, and spot overlaps, slippage and blockers before they become a problem.
Does HelpAsPoint work on phones too?
Yes. The web app is responsive and you can add it to your phone's home screen as an app. Notifications arrive in the app, by email and on your device, and you can subscribe to task deadlines in Google, Outlook and Apple calendars.
Is my company's data separated and secure?
Each company's data is strictly separated and the app runs on Microsoft Azure. Sign-in can be confirmed with a code sent by email, and admins see device sessions and can deactivate users at any time.
How do I invite colleagues, and how do I pay?
An admin sends colleagues an invitation by email; it is valid for 3 days. You pay by card, invoices are issued automatically, the subscription can be cancelled at the end of the period, and a change in the number of users shows up in the price straight away.
